The Community Design Challenge for students at Harmony focused on Architecture and Civil Engineering. This project addresses a problem of accessibility and safety. The Army Corps of Engineers at the Richard L. Schafer Dam/Success Lake employed Harmony students to improve the facility.
The seven teams who participated were 3 teams from Redwood High School, 2 teams from Orosi, 1 team from Lindsay and 1 team from Harmony. The Harmony students won a $1,500.00 scholarship
